i would like to built in a scrolling cart module like esport/storebox on this website which uses the bikestore template....

unfrotunetly it is extra customzation and we don't support it. Please try compare:
layouts/default.php
js/gk.scripts.js
css/gk.stuff.css
css/template.css
In this files I think you find all functionality to achieve your effect.
