Registered user and register screen?

Good day -

I have a small problem I'd like to fix. After a user has registered, if they reload the registration page (and this can sometimes happen when they use the back button/reload at the wrong moment) they see a different registration screen (I think the account maintenance page?).

Can you tell me how I can stop this so that if a registered user revisits the registration page, they can either be taken to the home page of the site or an alternative site URL (i.e. my account details)?

Are you talking about default Joomla registration or registration in Virtuemart.

I have one, but very good advice, simplify the registration process.
For Joomla 2.5 on JED there are few components which can help you with this like: One click registration, GiBi SimpleRegistration etc.

Pawel, I have to use System - KC VM Registration Redirect so that the user only needs to register once to be signed up for Joomla and VM.
