backgrounds colors

Hi,

Wich colors can I change on the website, I found a similar website (maybe its based on the bike store one, don't know), it is www.suspensioncenter.ch

Can I also change the background colors of the page top, main menu. Its my first website and not sure how it works yet, If I know its possible, can find out. Already tried a lot, but didn't work at all, so maybe its impossible. But if possible, I go further with research.

without knowing a basic of CSS it would be hard.
Creating a websites even with CMS request some basic knowledge.
