Startup and sh404 not working

Hi everybody

I have finally almost finished my first web-site done with a gavick template, the Startup:

I need to activate sh404, to manage links and SEO.
When i try to do it, home doens't work anymore, and doens't load modules i need for my home.

You can see my problem at these 2 links:

This gilr really needs your help (me and Milena, both!)

I feel really disappointed.
I love Gavick templates, and that's why i pay for them, and I have talked well about in my social spaces.
But I thinked I could get some help, or at least a reply with a suggestion or so, in case of trouble.

Should I change idea about your professionalism and service?
Do you use not even giving a reply to your paying customers?

I know sh404 is not in your list of tested 3rd party extensions, but it shouldn't mean living your costumers completely alone with their problems with your product, especially because sh404 is a very important extension to do a good job with SEO, especially with K2 ant tons of pages!

Maybe you should write in "Startup" page: "it doesn't work with sh404": if I had known that your product did not work with Sh404, I probably would not have bought it.

I finally found the solution, i post it here hping to help some fo your customers.

The problem was that I added Italian language on the website but I forgot to add it also in Extensions > Language manager, and this caused the "explosion" of my home.
