I would like to build my site on your template using an existing design- minimialist. I would like to know how to add the the features of tr better fhe design I have ( which i can then extend with your template which is a far better design and framework- hence the move.
style for GK blog as in this page which uses gk news

it had a special alighnment of image and text and a circle which I would like to replicate.
backgound colour to the same grey for the modules and the background.
i would really appreciate help. I have the code and css for the original site but I do not know how to adapt it to use in your template and extensions css.

Sorry but I do not understand Your request. This is a customization request. I can help with small elements, but it looks like You want to build a new page on top of the template. We do not support such extended work, but if You will split it into the small pieces than I'm sure noone will mind to help with them.
