Hi there,

I have a small problem with the Login/Register popup window.

I installed the quickstart package in a local test site and the popup windows worked like a charm but now, in my public site the same window doesn't work as popup and I can't understand why.

I checked everything I thought to be the reason of this but nothing changed.

The domain is http://www.valledelsamoggia.com

Could you please take a look and let me kindly know what my mistake is?

Thanks.

jQuery is not loaded in your site.

If you are using css or js optimizations disable that so we can do further checks.

Thanks norman for your reply.

After having checked deeper I discovered that there's something wrong with your opengraph plugin.

I had some issues with another component related to Jsons and finally I noted this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDocumentJSON::addCustomTag() in /home/dssrbwky/public_html/plugins/system/plg_gk_opengraph/plg_gk_opengraph.php on line 52

If I disable opengraph plugin in fact popup window work back again so the other component does.

Could you please let me know if there is something wrong in my site that I need to check or this can be due to a bug in your plugin?

Thanks and best regards.

I don't think our plugin is the cause of an error here, it is the cache system. I have seen in some cache plugins this has caused fatal error when caching view.json.php or other non-html. Cache throws error when trying to call JDocumentJSON.

So for test purposes you can disable caching in your website.
