GK Image not working propely

Just installed the quick start without any problems for J 3.0. Upgraded to Joomla 3.0.2 and the accessed the GK4 Image module. Did a change to the text at one slide and then pressed save. All slides then disappeared and now it is not possible to add any. Upgraded then to the latest GK4 Image 1.32. Still the same problem.

Any tips?

Hi, I have the same problem. When I make changes to one of the slides in GK Image Show 4, all the slides disappears. When I then want to add slide - the button is not working.

I`ve made this changes on a living site of my company so the quick solving the problem is very important for me.

Hi, few days are gone, and there is no reaction. Could You, please, help us? How long am I to appologize my clients for the errors on my site?

This is ubelieveble! The 1 month has past and you are still ignoring the crucial problem on my site and one of the essential modules, even not to give any answer. Thie same problem have others.
I want my money back!
