How can I prevent users from being able to register using the Startup registration form :?:
I would like to approve new users first so I can give them acces to a knowledge database.

Apologies, solved the issue myself.
For anybody wondering about this:
Instructions for J!3
In the admin menu choose Users > User Manager
Click the "Options" button.
In the tab Component under "New User Account Activation" select: "Admin"
