Hi a few days ago to buy the membership with you and download the Startup template but when I change the name of the module "OUR TEAM" is distorted everything I can to correct that situation as I owe that tells me this is the imagen

This module is using a special HTML structure which is being stripped by joomla editor. Please simply disable using editor and make changes to it than.

Sure. When You are modificating this module, You need to hit a button called "Toggle editor" than work on a clean HTML in order not to get the code stripped by editor when saving the changes.

Thanks for your quick response- so should the editor always be set to "none" in System Global Config.?

No, just during changing couple of modules which are using a special html code like this one. There are not many of them.
