adding search position on Top menu

hi

need your help to add search module on top of my menu like Template(world news 2 ).
It,s very important to have that same option when users are trying to search on the site (Search Suggestions) should pop up and users can see searching results right away...

i follow couple of post but i was unable to do it ,got an error message ,please send me the step by step ...

For a module You need a google search extension. You will be able to find one here: http://extensions.joomla.org/
