Active state doesn't work?

Hi,
I got a strange behavior with the active state of the menu voices. One of them I'm using in a website I'm building is a single contact page.

When I'm in this page, that menu voice isn't highlighted as an active state, confirmed by the fact in Firebug doesn't show the line the "active" word.

Then I've tried to put this voice menu as a predefined one, and the active state magically appearead... but that's not good in this way.

I would like to see the active state when I'm in that page, could someone help me please?

Hi, I don't know how, but I solved myself moving, duplicating and copying that voice menu... strange indeed
