module map for 'Startup' template

Hi,
Can anyone tell me where to find the module map for the startup template?
I recall the 'meet gavern' template had one which was very useful for seeing the positions of modules etc...

All module maps are attached to a demo site of a template in mainmenu - this way You can find module maps for any template.
