I'm having trouble recreating the k2 column article pictured on this link: http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/startup ... wo-columns.

Can someone walk me through the steps of achieving this look through the k2 component; is it possible to make the image a YouTube video also?

To get this result You need to set up new menu item and select Type -> K2 -> Latest items from (one or more) users or categories
Now when You select "Advanced options" and set 2 columns instead one.
