To update template from 3.1 to 3.2 just make a copy or or i have to reinstall the new template?

You need to update Joomla, then install via extension manager newest downloaded template from our site (backup any change you did to template files first), then do same with all our modules (GK Image Show, GK News Show Pro, GK Tabs etc).
