Facebook excludes all categories

I am not able to see the Facebook like buttons and i know why, the categories are disabled. Every category i create gets excluded. My problem is that I can not find how to include them. I have tried to delete them from the excluded categories box and have looked everywhere for an inclusion area but nothing. I know i am missing something stupid. Can someone please explain how to re-include the categories?

After further digging, i have found the Facebook is connecting. I have found a link in the code(inspected by Chrome) with my appId. I am not 100% sure but it looks as if my span is 0px height and 0px width. i have expanded the span and iframe to 200px and 400 px and i can see the box but still no images. I am working on a localhost and have entered that in the app settings at Facebook, this could be the problem. i will wait untill the site is live and retry.
