Quick Questions (about social logos, search bar, some error)

Hi, I am progressing and really enjoying with your template design. Here the issues i stucked, if you help me out you are the best

First, i see this on my k2 article pages, didn't add this kind of image but it shows. ( http://imgim.com/4035incig7697479.png ) and ( http://imgim.com/2929incis2522907.png ). I want them look like your demo (2 columns http://imgim.com/1345inciy693175.png )
How to get rid of the weird image and make it look as cool as yours?

Second, social icons are really cool but i cant link them on my social accounts. Just cant figured out. Also i need youtube and instagram icons, is it possible? ( http://imgim.com/4869inciv1886324.png )
How to link this icons to my pages?

Third, can i add search bar to top1 or header position? How to do that?

Fourth, I cannot figured out how to change this "read more"s.( http://imgim.com/2877incih8483866.png ) It must be written in my language.

I think this is a K2 category image in Your case and we are showing K2 items in category view. Please tell me the exact url to pages You've made this screens.

This is the menu "videolar", it shows category "videolar". it has this weird thing. not looking 2 column cool demo http://www.agirsaglam.com/index.php/videolar

I have solved search bar, how i solved it, i created a new module "search", assigned where i wanted to. probably youtube helped me.

"Read more" buttons are still my issue. Teitbite if you also help me out with this, i will appreciate it.

I do not understand how You did this layouts. Please send me an access to joomla panel, so I'll see settings for that. I think it's just missconfigured.

What is the problem with "Read more" You have mentioned ?

I guess the problem is i give only one category input. Your demo look (2 columns) need 2 category input. http://postimg.org/image/rxrwmabjz/

If i can't find a way to give 1 input and look 2 columns, i will create another category and seperate items.

But, when i put a limit, lets say 10 items in a page. 11th item wont show, but there is no next page option. Is it about pagination options?

I do not think number of categories is a problem here. I think caloumns option has been disabled to fit the design on this template. You can check if it's like that by renaming /html/com_k2/templates/default/category.php to /html/com_k2/templates/default/_category.php

Hi

The test I asked to do should be done via ftp. Simply renaming the file, so this will trigger the default K2 file to be used and lets You check if layout was overrided in template. This could be a solution as well if You would like slightly changed view.

Pagination should be enable in K2 category (or menu item) settings.

To change READ MORE You need to edit file /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_k2.ini file and translate it there.

Try rename /html/com_k2/templates/default/category.php to /html/com_k2/templates/default/_category.php let me know if this made pagination to show.

Did as you say, used ssh terminal.
Found the directory and changed the filename like this:

Settings are still right but no pagination.

Hmm. This means that it's not dependable from template overrides to this layout. Please send me an access to joomla panel. I need to look into settings. Also an ftp access in case I'll need to make some dumps to check.

There is no problem with pagination You just have 6 articles in category "Yazılar", but it was configured to show 7 articles per page (1 leading, 1 primary, 1 secondary, 4 links). When I reduced it to just 3 artices per page pagination appeared.

For contact form problem please try configure SMTP mail option in joomla configuration for server.

i thought links are totally different things, sorry for asking so much.

To wrap it up for who newb as me:
- if you cant have the 2 column look in k2 latest items menu, "Try rename /html/com_k2/templates/default/category.php to /html/com_k2/templates/default/_category.php"

- search bar: create a search module. you may need plugin arrangements after creating module, for your own purpose.

- To change the language of READ MORE button, or anything in your website, first download your own language on language manager. Then if it is not enough, you need to edit file /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_k2.ini file and translate it there. This file may not be sufficient. Try different files in this directory. You can reach those files from ssh terminal.

- Try anything one by one and be scientific about Joomla!
