Main Menu module not working

I'm trying to publish a menu module at the mainmenu position but it doesn't show on any page I assign it to.
According to the template demo there is a position to the right of the logo (http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/startup ... -positions)

I've also tried adding pretext and a login redirect in the login module but neither works.

I can PM the site and access if needed.

If you check carefully some modules are marked with another color. Those modules are reserved only for template purpose and cannot be used as standard modules.
To get what you need you would need to create custom module position near main menu or replace our custom menu with standard module position:
