K2 category view - missing layout

Hello, everything is working fine on http://tapz.hisslink.nl, except for the category view that I use on "nieuws" (http://tapz.hisslink.nl/nieuws).
When I'm logged in, there is no problem, but guests see this page without any layout. Any idea what could be the problem?

Hi

Category layout looks ok when I check. Was this fixed or do I have to do something special to see the problem ?
