Position "banner" or "top1" or "top2"

I want to place a module in position "banner" or "top1" or "top2" I can not do it, because there is no such position.
You can check in module positions are not.

Those positions are in place.
Use button "select position" while in module editor, type in search:
top1 or top2 or banner
and You will find correct position.
