Hi,

We have a site at https://immunooncology.online-communities.org and we are getting errors.
When we use developers tools to see what the errors are.they are 403 Access Denied and refer to AWS - https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/asse ... le.min.css etc.
If we switch the cookie consent off these errors disappear.

Do you know why this is causing errors and how we can fix them.

Any help appreciated

Thanks
RIchard

Hi

Looks like the cookie plugin we were using stopped to exists. Please simply install one of available: https://extensions.joomla.org/category/ ... ie-control

Hi Teitbite

Thanks for the reply.
If we install a different one this will run in isolation and not be part of your template - is that correct?
It would be a shame as it works well as part of your template set up.

Thanks

Hi

Actually the old plugin was isolated from the template as well. In template configuration we only have a button to include/not include this plugin file and if it was included it acted on it's own. So using any plugin instead will be very similar to past situation.
