Calender Duplicates

I am running the template here http://www.ringnews24.com

Google Webmaster was giving me thousands of duplicate html improvements.

I managed to get them down to

Duplicate meta descriptions 56
Short meta descriptions 5
Duplicate title tags 44

The calender is causing the majority of whats left of the duplicates,

some of the urls

/index.php/component/k2/itemlist/date/2013/12/13?start=10
/index.php/component/k2/itemlist/date/2013/12/13?start=20
/index.php/component/k2/itemlist/date/2013/12/14

What would I put in the robot.txt file to stop the duplicates in Google Webmaster?

/index.php/component/k2/itemlist/user/21-jamestonks
/index.php/component/k2/itemlist/user/605

Hi.
1) K2 sometimes generate duplicates - is hard to fight with this.
2) Robots.txt may help but in never be 100% effectiveness.

if we talk about calendar module the only solution is to add rel="nofollow" to href - but it request customization.
