Top Banner area adjustment

I am using NSP GK5 with the News template and I need to adjust (make narrower) the top banner area where the module resides. What needs to be edited to adjust?

override.css always. This file is prepared for any css modification. Will make it easier to update template later. Just remember to allow using override in joomla panel.

That made it narrower, but I guess I need the height? (top to bottom decreased, not left to right).
