Rename News and News 2 templates

Please tell me which files to edit when renaming the following templates:

1) News template

2) News 2 template

Thanks a lot for the link. I followed the instructions in link, but I still have problems after renaming the template.
After I renaming, the installation with the new template name does not appear as the original - there are some images missing and some links shrank.

I even searched around and found this and followed the instruction for updating the database - still the same issues:

Could you please post an url to your site where I can access site that uses "second" template?
