module stop showing in Search Position

I'm experiencing very weird issue with Search Position.
I have published a module in that position and it was working well for the last few days.
however, as I tried to change the layouts on some of the modules. that Google Search module stop showing in Search Area.

I tried to enable other module ( Menu Module) to Search Position and it works fine. Google Search module shows up fine in other position ( such as sidebar)
The Search position, somehow displayed in Custom Position list. It should be GK_News, shouldn't it?
I searched the source, that module isn't loaded.

Please let me know how to troubleshoot this?
