Error after migrating to a new server

Hi guys,

I have installed news template in an old server that was running php 5.2/it was fully functional

I transfered this site to a new server with php 5.4 installed

I get this error when i click on an article:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() in /home/geostrat/public_html/components/com_k2/helpers/route.php on line 67

The site is here http://www.geostrategicforecasting.net

Any ideas?
