How to insert a page break and a article index

Please tell me how to insert a "page break" and a "article index" like this example?

I couldn't do that with "page break" on page to edit k2 article.

I don't that page break plugin (which is default Joomla! plugin) works properly with K2 - for more details you need to contact with K2 support forum but you can always use default Joomla! article to insert the page break.

I think that this page-break is made by Gavick Pro.

This is nothing created by us, it is regular Joomla! page break which works only with Joomla! content.

But it's the demo page of Gavick Pro, isn't it?
Just showing me how to insert this page break, I can solve this problem.
