I believe there are several ways which have to be creative to solve my issue.
I am happy with K2 and the News-Template. They interact in a great way. Now i would like to make a very simple permission structure for the Backend Access and the Access to the K2 Component. No problem so far. I can setup a group which can only access the k2 component in the backend.
As the UserGroups and Permissions in K2 only control the Frontend editing, it won't be helpful (as my Users need backend Access) to use it. So i ignore it.
Is there any way to implement the simple "Author - Editor - Publisher" structure to the K2 component? Or - if i want to grant backend access - it will always be a "all or nothing" solution?
If i don't find a solution for this i will have to deactivate K2 and run the magazine part of my website via the native Joomla Articles System, which basically is no problem as the modules of the template offer to fetch the items from there. If i do so, am i missing a lot of features of the News-Template in interaction with K2?
I know there is never a perfect solution but i don't want to make mistakes now which will cause trouble in a long term.
