Urgent help for Strange errors

I hope you are doing well, i just notice today my site is suffering with strange errors

1- In webmaster tools (component/k2/?start= 98) similar this 100's urls are giving 500 errors

2- I just notice when ever i am creating any Tag in items all tags are generated under one categorie such

www.mysiteurla.com/category-name/tag/938-johann

Can i rid of this category name so tags can display in simpler way such as

www.mysiteurla.com/tag/938-johann

3- Similar case with authors URL
www.mysiteurla.com/category-name/author/938-johann

4- I wrote meta description for each menu item. ( now all url items have same meta description as in Menu item)
How i can resolve to show meta description for both Item Article and Menu Item differently so google can read.

5- When i am posting any URL to Facebook, description tag is same as Menu Item meta description, for single urls


please help for this will be really thankful to you guys.

I think questions 1, 2, 3 should be asked on K2 forum.

Meta tags cannot co-exists. So if one is filled than other is replaced by it. If I recall it correctly the first in line are Menu Item META, than article META and site META as last. Of course there are plugins which may help to resolve it and merge it, unfortunately I've never used one so cannot advice in this case.
