1146 Oops, you've encountered an error

hi,
i got an error on fronted 1146 Oops, you've encountered an error . though i can access administrator.
how i can fix the problem can't understand while trying to googling. please help me to solve it.

oh! i forgot one thing. iv'e installed KOMENTO plugins. after that it showing bellow the joomla articles. but when i create an user from komento the user created but on all a sudden page showed that error.
After that i uninstall Komento plugins and remove that user too.
But still the error on.

I'm afraid this error number means that joomla is trying to load a value from not existing table. This may mean that a table got deleted or a script which is trying to pick the value from wrong table has been added. I would recommend to run "fix table" option in phpMyAdmin. If this will not helpp You may need to try unpublishing module after module till You see site working. Last unpublished will be to blame.
