Too much CPU usage

Hi,
i`ve jus recive from my host company information that my site is genereting too much CPU usage - it is ... and they sugest me to optimize my page.
problem is that i do not know what should i do...
i can send you via PM some code - host providers send me some info to email but i do noe understand anything from it.

can you help me to ? i do not know how and what i need to optymize.

The CPU usage may be related with traffic on your website or with 3rd party extensions. My advise is to enable Joomla cache firstly according this tutorial » GK Cache & GK ExtCache Plugins – GavickPro Documentation

i have it ON but it not help... i think that problem is with some component/module/plugin which is working not properly... but i do not know how to find it...
do you have any ideas ?

Or it is a problem with template but i hope not

You can enable Joomla debug mode and check render times - probably that is the only way to find out which may cause problem.

i just refreshing this topic.

in last 2 weeks i have many times info from my host that my site is genereting too much cpu usage...
they told me few proposition and after i fix it site works a little bettter...

but today i have another site down...

only i know that is some problem with article ID1811 - i unpublish it but it is not a fix... i do not know why this error will come..

i have a qestion:
