Header problem after updating to 3.4.0

I just installed latest update 3.4.0.
After creating a new article I found out, that now there are two tags in header:
<header>
<h1></h1>
<h1 itemprop="name"> Lagerei und Umschlag </h1>
</header>
How can I remove the first h1 tag?
It kills the design and some functions on my homepage.
