3.4 issues

Hello,

i had to update to 3.4.1 because of a "jhtmlbehaviour"-error of the contact form. Now this problem is solved, but i have to update the template, because of problems with tagging and image-upload in frontend-editing.

Last time (News 3.16), i used the integrated updater.
But this time there shows nothing else than "Loading update data from GavickPro Update service..."

Can i copy the files via ftp? My own styles should be not affected?

yes you can - just do not replace only those files which you edited (customized) - that's all.

now i have installed News 3.17. But still i can't create new article with image at the frontend. Backend creating is fine. This problem exists since the update to Joomla 3.4.1 from 3.3.6.

which method you're using to add image by front-end ?

toolbar (from TinyMCE or JCE), image tab or image button ?

K2, there are tabs but they dont work anymore. The tab-content is beneath the article-content-field (jce).
If i click the tab, the site loads anything and i cant click close anymore. if i click save the arctile wont be save with images.

There is also no tag functionality in frontend. Normally it suggests tags if i type three chars.

I have question,
can you check this same feature on default template.

you can also rename for a while that file: gk_news\html\com_k2\templates\default\item.php
and check again.
