Article IMage Editor not working

Everytime i try using the article image editor it opens a blank new window instead of the image editor.
it worked a few times and now it doesnt.

Hi

Looks like some joomla issue. Please try reinstall joomla it will help if problem is because of a broken file or bad block on the server.
