Game Magazine Teplate, Menu Setup problem.

Hi all.
Im using Game Magazine template, everything is ok for now.
But i need your guidance for menu setup, links like that.
Can anyone tel me step by step, how can i setup some menu items.
When i click one of the menu links, i want to open new page in same window, but different content.
I have tried many times before, but I did not.

But still i have same problem, When I click on the sub-menu, nothing happens, it writes "No input file specified."
however, I state that the input file.
I can not find what is the problem.
Can you help me please.
