New Module

Hi every one, it is me again.

It is possible to add a new module, with a new module position?. I want to do something like the image attach. This new module position can be under header width 100%.

I am already using module position menu,header, top1, top2, top3, top4, breadcrumb, left-top, mainbody, righ-top, etc..
