Menu issues

hello, I was trying to modifying the menu items of the main menu, but when I modified the title of some subitems, it screwed everything and it looks now like in the picture and not as it is supposed to be (like in the demo) http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/game/

Could you please help me and tell me how to solve this and why it happened?

and another little thing: how to show the image in the header at its full quality? When I upload a picture, it looks like in the demo as if it is blurred, not clear. But I can't find how to show it normally.
