Template doesn't switch to mobile version on all mobile phones (Samsung Galaxy Mini) and also menu has some bug on some mobilephones (tested on Nokia Lumia). When I open it for the first time it's all messed up, when I try to open it for the second time I can't.

Similar behavior can be seen if you use Chrome developer tools and use emulator and set it on "Samsung Galaxy S III, Galaxy Nexus" for example.
