Installation in white

Hi

I upload files of installation to server (http://www.radioadventistabilbao.com/v2/) and when i go to url, do that only a file is downloaded. No installation begins. Ideas?

You probably did something wrong. You need to unzip quickstart and then upload the content of unzipped folder to a remote ftp.
If it wont help - please contact your hosting company support - perhaps you are placing files in wrong place?

Ok, i go to reupload the files, but is the fist tame that i see this. I have already installed joomla on other occasions. If the problem continue i said you.

Sometimes there are problems with ftp transfer. If your hosting company provides shell access - it is easier to upload zip file and unpack it on the server.
Also sometimes you can do it from some kind of cPanel, DirectAdmin etc.
