Show Author Names on Front Page?

For some reason no matter what settings I change, the front page of my website will not show Author names until you click on the post title and go to the actual article, but if you select a different menu option from the nav bar, they WILL show the author names, I just can't figure out what the heck I am doing wrong. The main page shows no authors, now if you click Podcast from the menu it does. I have looked at the settings between the two menu options but everything is the same. I feel like I am missing something really obvious here, but I can't figure it out!

It appears I managed by trial and error to figure out a solution that mostly works.
