login module - GK register module

When I click the login form on "Become a member" the Web page sends this message: "Calendar.setup: Nothing to setup (no fields found). Please check your code." What should I do?

I have the same problem -- I'm using Black & White and Joomla! 1.7. Happens with all browsers. My site is at http://www.weddingvendorprofiles.com/wvp2 if helpful.

It has been over a month now since we posted this problem. I've spent countless hours searching Google, the Joomla site, other forums, etc., for a solution. Having paid for membership here, I'm getting pretty frustrated that no one has responded to my post and Piscionieri's. Is anyone from Gavick going to help us here? We can't open our sites with this error present.
