Issue With Gift Wrapping Showing Up In Cart / Checkout

I am having an issue with the Gift Wrapping showing up in the cart and checkout process. My site is at www.renudayspa.net. The option for gift wrapping appears as well as the price, but when it is selected it will not add to the cart. Any suggestions or help with this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
