confusing upgrade

I see V2.4.1 of Boutique is available for J1.7. Previous version was 1.2. Is this correct?

1. Do I use the files gk_boutique_J!17.zip to upgrade.
2. The paths do not seem to be right. I cannot find these paths
- html/com_k2/templates/com_redshop/account_billto/default.php
- html/com_k2/templates/com_redshop/checkout/onestepcheckout.php

I can find
- html/templates/com_redshop/account_billto/default.php
- html/templates/com_redshop/checkout/onestepcheckout.php

What is the correct procedure.

You should download latest template version and override all files via ftp connection. Remember to backup your working copy before you start this procedure, to create backup you can use free tools - akeeba backup.
