Boutique Template and Red Shop checkout issue

Hi,

1. When I select product and go to checkout on some places I am seeing codes instead of names.
2. Also I have installed eways payment but sometimes it doesn't work.
3. I would like to change VAT to GST - it is tax name

can you please help me with this
