Login link popup

Hi,

I use Joomla 1.7 and I would like to use Boutique template along with Community Builder solution. I know that CB's functionality in regards to Login/Logout links is quite limited, i.e. if you wish Login link to automatically turn to Logout link when a user actually logs in it will require some extra coding, which I myself am not capable of. I'm interested in a popup in this case and I've noticed that CB team replied that these questions should go to template developers.

I can edit/remove Gavick/Joomla login/register links in the language files, login or topnav positions just fine. What I want to achieve is that when CB's login link is placed in either top menu, login or topnav positions, upon clicking it opens a small popup where CB login module (in horizontal compact mode, for example) is placed and once a user logs in, login link disappears (just like it does in Boutique by default, generating "Your Account" instead of "Become a member").

Is there something I can add to CB login module's "Module Class Suffix" / "Link CSS Style" / "Additional class" in GavickPro's Menu Params or other options in order to achieve this or is there some code editing/replacement needed? Can you provide me with a solution on this matter?

I don't understand how you could change the links within just language files as they just contain texts. Do you have your site live then I can take a look?

By editing links in the language files I meant that I can edit/hide default login/register links (or texts of that links, whatever) of the template, so no tutorial is needed on that.

Can you please concentrate more on my main question?

Currently my website looks very much like http://demo.gavick.com/joomla16/sep2011/ just with DEMO images and Community Builder installed inside (no visual traces of CB on the front-end yet). If the link will help you to assist with solution to my inquiry, I will provide it.

I have read your question and what you explained about the issue but I still don't understand it much. Can you use a screenshot with annotations to help me clear on that? Also if I have your link, I would help you better.
