Extra Info does not show in bank transfer

HELP with the bank transfer (which will be used for Cash on Delivery payment as well) and no Extra Info shown. We discussed the matter, the site is almost ready, we're in a payed support, we have contracts and the 2 most popular methods are not functioning.

We bought our Boutique template, we bought the Pro Red Shop, we asked them 10 times, we asked you 3 times, we tried so many things - still the problem is here

Please guys from GavickPro - our company trusted you and bought your template, make us proud we chose it! We've been discussing the issue here for 10 days and more and still we cannot find the right decision.

I shall be waiting here for an adequate response, we gave several times pass and username - if you need it again let us know, we just NEED to solve the matter before New Year's Eve or the company

Please help us. We're one of the first Gavick clients from Bulgaria - we may be THE FIRST, actually:)). Do we really need to wait for 10 days to be helped properly?

Hi Silvia,

I remember that I replied you in another topic with the same inquiry. I have checked your site and your extra info even didn't show if I used other template http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/656/3348458162.png
So I wondered if your plugin was working properly!

Hello, thanks for the response, we have tried first the plugin with the original Boutique template.
After we found out it didn't work, we tried the Pro Red Shop and yet it didn't work.
Would it help if you tried to install the plugin again please?

Thanks for the response!
We connected RedShop support, we will see whether there is an upgraded plugin (we think we use the recently updated one, but we'll see) and let you know here what's the result!

You were right - the plugin was not up to date.
So we strongly recommend all Red Shop users that they check in the site to make sure they use the updated files!
