Cart Is Empty Error

Hi I've got strange error, which I've posted on RedComponent forum also:

After putting 26 different products in the cart and click on cart icon or view cart it display Cart is empty message and throws the logged user "out" with please login info.

tried many things on local test site and result is the same with or w/o ajax cart. also did upgraded template, turned gk cache like suggested here on forums but nothing helped.

I do not use sef.

Versions:

J1.7.3
redShop 1.1.9.5.1
boutique 2.5.2

Also what I've noticed that cart icon does not refreshing after adding items to cart, also ajax box does not dissapear in amount of fade time given in the backend.

please advise ASAP.
