Ask Question About Product problems

when i click on Ask Question About Product and after writing question and pressing send it says Email has not been sent successfuly but when you refesh page the question is at the bottom of the page.

I guess you are working at localhost that the email send function is not configured causing mails can't be sent out, however after clicking on send button, your question was saved into database therefore when you refreshed the page you saw it. Please correct if I'm wrong. Thanks!

Yes this is what is happening. I don't see where I am to configure email

Actually if you work with localhost you don't need to config mail server, if you put your site live in a hosting then it would work properly as mail server is often configured.
