Hi Support team,

Somehow I have managed to screw up this redshop template (gk_product). I saved a copy of the original (or so I thought), but now it seems to have lost all formatting? I can't find the file where this is saved. Can you please guide me on how I can restore this template?

Thanks!

Hi

Most probably You have forgot to copy the shop style to it :) You can find the files for this style in this template's download area in rest_files package.

Sorry, I am not sure what you mean. I downloaded those files, but there is no "gk product" template

I fixed the problem for anybody who might find this thread and have the same problem. The file for the original template is found in components/com_redshop/views/product/tmpl/product

Hello Piotr,
Somehow the "Show template Menu" on Template menu settings is not there. I lost my template menu parameters and it appears probably that Show Template Menu maybe "OFF". Can you tell me whre to set it to "ON". Its not on the Menu Setttings anymore on my v2.7.

See picture. It is supposed to be on Top so I can set it to ON or OFF.

NOw, I do not have the Menu Parameters on my Main Menu anymore where I set my gavern menu styles.

Hi

To be honest I do not recall such option at all. Our menu is a part of the template so such option will mean that You have menu or not. So doubt such function existed.

Oh its there. I found out from your articles.
https://www.gavick.com/documentation/jo ... -3-0-menu/

But, I think my problem is not that. For some reason, I went to my server today and all my /pugins/system were gone, all systems plug ins were empty.

Do you have any idea how this could happen? Anything you heared about pleaseeeee...

Thanks

Hi

You are right there were such option :) I've never seen that before, to be honest. But it doesn't comes from plugins. Your issue can be a joomla breakdown. So I would start with checking if You do not have some query to determine what to show on plugins, secondly if Your user has permition to see plugins. And as last I would reinstall joomla.
