SEO Issue with the menu.

Hello.

I'm using the boutique template, and have an issue with spiders being unable to find more than the home page of the site. http://www.highperformancesites.com/

I've set the menu controls to index/follow, and tried re-spidering the site, and it still did not work. Has anyone ran into this problem before? Any tips?

I've searched both joom 1.7 forums, and here. Any help will be appreciated.

To add some more info, I've also set the robots directive to index/follow for every article as well as every menu item.

Its possible that it is due to a java issue with the menu, does anyone know of any kind of work-around?
Am i missing something in the site configuration?

Seriously, any help will be appreciated as I've not run into this issue with any previous Gavick templates.
