Custom Fields in redshop? How do i Use this?

So After reading and reading i still haven't found any doc's on Custom Fields in redshop or how to use them.
Can someone enlighten me?

This is a question i believe RedShop Forums can help better as our experience is based mainly on styles. I am just posting below links in case they are helpful to you.
